How do you add a favorite food?

    Options
    The two favorite foods lists are Recent and Frequent. You can not add items to those lists. The lists are designed to pull items that you have already logged to your Food Diary. So, just start logging items you eat to your Food Diary, and those items will start showing up on the Recent and Frequent lists.
