Surgery for Loose Skin After Success / Now Maintaining?

Anyone on here ever have surgery to remove loose skin when all was said and done and now you're maintaining?

If so, how was your experience?

Would you mind sharing the cost (and the city in which you live so I / we can get a sense of price in our area)?

Pics would be cool, too.

I know it's possible that with time it "bounces back," but, really, I am just curious and did not see any threads on this while doing a search. I never thought about doing something like this before, but I must admit the thought of wearing a tank top and shorts next summer without loose skin hanging on me is becoming appealing, especially after all this time / work.
