Daily Yoga App!

Does anyone use this? I'm a member of a wonderful yoga studio (Platinum Yoga) that also has Zumba, Cardio Pump, Cardio Kickboxing and Nordic Walking. I really enjoy it, but because of the hours I work and the times they have classes, sometimes it's difficult for me to go on a regular basis. I'm already not a morning person, so a 6 AM kickboxing class sounds more like a severe punishment than an enjoyable experience!
To balance out the days that I can't go into studio, I downloaded this Daily Yoga app, and then loaded a bunch of plugins. Wow, it's amazing! It took a while to get used to it, as I'm not used to the tempo (apparently my instructor is a bit of a hardcore instructor, our flows are much faster and when we get into the difficult poses, we are expected to hold them for much longer), and you find yourself looking at your phone to try and see what the instructor is doing and mimic that, but I really enjoy it!
They narrate how to transition from each pose to the next, what the proper placement is, and explain how to get the most out of each pose. I laugh because every time you get into a pose and are expected to hold it, you hear "Hold on, and relax yourself with deep breathing" haha.
Anyway, thought I would post this here in case anyone was interested in exploring yoga further. This is a great, FREE way to do it, and if you decide you like it, go find a local studio and join to really maximize the experience! And, if any of you are in MN in the South Metro, let me know, because I would be happy to share my experiences with my studio as well!
