Hello I am new on FP

I am already a active person I have been working on my health and fitness for two and half years now. I am almost down to my weight that I would love to be at. A friend introduced me to FP. I am loving it. When I first started I was thinking I was eating way to much for my activity level. I was wrong. I was eating way less and that was probably why I could not lose anymore weight. My body was going into starvation mode. So now with FP I get to see and make sure I am getting all my food groups in that I need to plus I am eating the calories I need to fuel my body. Also I do eat clean liftestyle I love it. It has helped me in so many ways. I will keep living this life style for the rest of my life. To me it makes sense. But FP helps me keep track of my calories so I do not go over or to less. Thank you.
