How to raise calorie intake

Anyone got any ideas how to double the calorie intake for a man in a healthy way?

    add a lot of items with good fats...avacados, nuts, red meats, coconut oil, peanut butter, fat bombs...just a few ideas:) Happy New year!

    Doubling sounds excessive? Why the large increase?

    Its really easy...

    I had 2 cups of milk every meal and snack. I had 3 meals and 3 snacks a day. That's an extra 300 calories every time u eat basically. I went from 128 pounds to 150 pounds in 2 months. And if u think I got fat I didn't... 9.5% body fat. I stayed thin by having 1 hour workout session and then 30 min to 1 hour cardio session each day. Good luck!! I always hated everyone's answering saying to eat more cuz ik it's hard. Literally drink milk, has calories and protein. Literally no need for protein powder or any of those crazy chemicals. Enjoy!!!

    Doubling? That's a lot. Just have some extra calorie dense snacks I guess. A large spoonful of PB is around 200 calories, 2 handful of nuts around 300. Have those together like 4x I guess. Also good because they're not too filling and high in good nutrients.
