Has anyone ever tried shredded wheat bitesize on porridge? I am trying to find a way to eat shredded wheat that is left in my cupboard and if I put it on my porridge with raisins and Manuka Honey maybe it would work well? Is it strange or would it work haha

Sounds like it's just adding even more carbs to a reasonably high carb meal already?

I crush it up and use it as a replacement for the oats in my proats when I want a change of texture. The good things are that it bulks up more than oats and that it absorbs faster. It just requires more liquid, as it soaks a LOT more up than oats do.
