Starting new

Hello everyone! I am refusing to make a new years resolution, because I don't want to set myself up for failure. Instead, I'm just giving myself a fresh start. I have been a comfort eater all my life, and although others do not see that I need a big time fitness makeover, my doctor and I know it is true. My goal is a total weight loss of 34-40 lbs and I hope to accomplish half of this goal by April. I need support and encouragement as I do this!!! But, I am beyond excited to get this ball rolling!!!! Lets do this together!!!

    Hi Jenn...me too. Goal is to lose 40 by year end, but breaking it into small chunks of course. 10 pounds every 3 months. I love your fresh start term! We can do this!
