Starting out once again, but some newer goals in mind this time - mainly 30 minutes of activity each day, watching alcohol intake much more closely, being diligent about tracking and trying to drink more water and watch less Netflix (maybe
I will also attempt to this mostly at home, except for swimming on Saturday's. I am jazzed to get this 2017 year off right.
