Hi everyone, my name is Kelly, I'm 36. I'm a mum of 4 and I work full time. The last 2 years my weight has really increased significantly. I have Chronic asthma so spend most of my days on oral steroids. This has played a huge part in my weight increase. I've tried all the slimming clubs, they have worked but I seem to fall at the first hurdle and don't know why I just can't get up and continue. MFP worked well for me back in 2012, so I'm hoping with some support I can do this. I'm scared of failing but I'm also scared if I don't change soon things will just get worse :(

Kelly

It's not about dieting so much as it is about creating a whole new food lifestyle. Trade out the bad food choices for the good food choices that you can live with and sustain. It's not losing weight for now...it's losing weight for good. MFP really helps on that journey. I wish you the best.
