So in love with MFP

I have been holding steady for a few weeks and I am losing weight even with eating back all of my exercise calories. I'm eating real food, and there is nothing on my plate that I don't like. For example, I do not enjoy chicken unless bad, bad things have been done to it. So I don't eat chicken and there is no fuss about it.

I almost signed back up for weight watchers and I'm glad I didn't. I have lost weight on my own counting calories before, but I was always starving and stuck with a lot of "diet food" to be on the safe side all the time. I also didn't figure out exercise calories, so even with heavy cardio workouts I would stick religiously to 1200 calories a day. It worked, but it was no fun.

With MFP, I'm just planning my menu in the morning and I'm done. Sometimes I tweak it throughout the day. I'm rarely hungry, and I feel better so I'm more active.

So anyway, I'm obsessed. Just wanted to gush a little about how much I love it here :smile:
