Any cyclist training during the winter months for spring and summer competition? I hate riding in the cold, so I'm spending more time in the gym and less time on my bike.

Get into some spinning classes.
Ride indoors on your trainer.0 -
That's what I usually do. Switching my off season routine to include more weight training. I'll get back on the bike probably in late February0

And eat slightly less.
That's where logging comes in handy ... you can see how much you're burning and how much you're eating.0
