Not new, but new to the community. Getting back on track starting today, or so I thought. Did great until mindlessly ate my way through 1300 calories of mixed nuts left from holidays! Am only one who struggled today? start again tomorrow! (Or rather, right now!) :).

    I feel like I didn't do bad, in that I haven't ate much. But I'm sure if I added up my calories it would be a different story..lol I know it's way less of a calorie intake than what I was consuming, not to mention no soda which is big for me. Small accomplishments are better than nothing. :)

    I did fine until I binged after eating my calorie goal. I rearranged my freezer and found a lot of mixed frozen veggies in there today, and I am going to the grocery store tomorrow.Oh well, tomorrow is a new day ..
