just wanted to say hi :)

starting this monday i'm on my journey to lose ~20 lbs in 12 weeks by reducing calories, eating more healthy and doing intense workouts (cardio/abs and weight training) with the ultimate goal of a total of 66 lbs weight loss in a year (or less) from now.

    That's a pretty hefty goal you're putting on yourself. But you can absolutely achieve it with lots of hard work & determination! Good luck!!
