Losing weight as a new(ish) mom

Hello!

I have been watching myself slowly put on the pounds and blaming it on my two pregnancies. I then justified not dieting because I was nursing. Now I am on day 1 of a food diary and have invested a little in low-impact exercise equipment. I have a torn ACL so it's slow going but I've got a goal of 20 lbs lost by my friend's wedding in April. I know it's doable, and I also know it's time to stop kidding myself about how much I eat. I am here for support and accountability, so anyone willing to keep me in line is a welcome friend!

    Welcome! I didn't finally stop blaming the weight on my kids until they were in middle school. :worried: Way to go, getting on it. You've totally got this. :flowerforyou:
