Starting 2017 the right way.

Tired of going up and down on my weight. Need help and accountability. Weighed myself this morning and I'm at 353.2. Want to be close to 200 by the end of the year.

    Welcome to MFP! Tracking your food and working on keeping your calories at a deficit will help you acheive your goal. That's a big goal, are you starting with smaller more achievable steps? Getting under 300 will be a nice one to achieve and celebrate! Looking forward to following your journey!
