Fitbit sync help

Hi, I know this has been covered in the past but can't seem to find the thread when I search. My fitbit stopped syncing a couple of months ago and I can't get it to work again. I have tried removing the access from both myfitnesspal and fitbit, then connecting them both again but it hasn't worked. Does anyone know how I can get my fitbit to sync with this site again?
Thanks

Check to be sure your Fitbit app is fully updated. Both my husband and I have learned to do this first when we have syncing problems, and it usually solves the problem. Good luck!

I'm having the same problem. Stopped syncing a few days ago. Have removed and reconnected the device. Have updated the app etc. No luck, can't get it to recognize my Fitbit HR.

Glad I am not the only one, this is on my computer so no app to update. Tried again last night and can't figure out what I am doing wrong.

Have you tried restarting your Fitbit? Plug it in to your computer. Hold down the button. Let go when the screen says v.30 (or whatever number it is). I have a charge HR, but I assume the above steps are similar for other models.

I have to do this sometimes when my Fitbit randomly stops counting my steps.

FYI, the message boards on the Fitbit site are very helpful for things like this.

One trick I read was to manually log a small exercise (like 2 mins walking) in MFP and then wait 15 mins to see if that syncs... it apparently helps force a sync. Worth a try!

I've tried everything and no luck. Very frustrating on days that I come close to going over on my calorie limit.. I like to see what I burned from my workout.
