In need of a big circle of motivation

Before I got pregnant with my son I was always little and well lets just say I didn't have a easy pregnacy, bedrest pre E and I am in need of a big circle of motivation for help. I feel like my life is turned upside down. Feel free to add me give me any weight loss tips and advice you may have oh and and exercise I can do with a broke foot

    Hi, don't worry, you can turn things around. First of all look at the food you are eating and set yourself a target of the calories you want to eat and try staying at that. Healthy eating is the start. As for exercise there are numerous available for upper body where you can use light weights or a rope or a exercise band or no equipment at all. So if you check out internet and just look up exercises available with a broken foot you will find plenty. There is no race to get to a finish line to achieve your goals. Just pace yourself and you can do this.
