Looking for freinds to help me along the way. However, something funny to start things of.

Woke up nice and early this morning to go gym before work, start at 9 so got to the gym for 7..... closed until 8am due to New Years ¬_¬.

So yeah, bit of a yo-yo dieter but aiming to stick with it this time, put on nearly a stone over xmas and want to get to my goal weight of 13st or around that figure. Any one wanna help with this, would totes appreciate it :)

Another yoyo dieter here, and hoping that this is the last MFP attempt I need to make! Here for support and to support others, so if you would like another friend, just add me. :)

Every year I tell myself I won't go holiday food crazy but yet again I did. Gained back all pre-holiday weight loss. Surgery and post surgical restrictions limit exercise. Feeling a bit down. Picking myself up and starting over again. Feels like Groundhog Day (the movie).

Feel free to add me. For those 50+ I am administrator of a monthly self set challenge, but we don't check id, so join us at any age if you would simply like some support and encouragement in reaching your goals. Starting over is fine, the alternative is to give up, and that is not a great alternative! Let's pick ourselves up, bruch ourselves off, and face the challenges of the day, together! Happy New Year
