It's officially time! After my first daughter turned 1 I started eating well and working out, I lost 50lbs in 8 months, then I was preggers again. I was able to keep off 16 of those pounds, but I'm still way heavier then I need to be. So it's time to do it again! Ideally I'd like to lose 50lbs again, and I know it's a lot of work. What helped me the most the last time was accountability and cheering others on. Please add me if you want to be myfitnesspal friends.
