My husband and I have been on again, off again dieters for years. We have done Fitness Pal several times, but always fall back to the "Oreos and milk" fail as we call it. We started again in October and each lost 20 pounds in about 5 weeks. Since then, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's have come and gone. Guess what? We gained back 5 pounds each. I'm not unhappy. Five is fine, because we kept up with our inputs each day and knew we would be disappointed in the morning when we stepped on the scale. I think it kept us from going completely off the rails. We are about to retire and begin a year of travel. This program is going to keep us "honest" and I believe the change in routine is going to keep the weight on a downward trend. Wish us luck.
