Hi folks.. After knowing that i was losing so much breath when going on basketball game last week, i decided that im going to be fully committed in 2 things : better diet and fitstar... Weighing 88 kg (standing on 183cm tall) at the end of year, i am looking for cutting 5kg for the next 3 months.. fitstar will be my regular workout, currently on #GetLean program.. Share your success or struggles here. Thanks!

    It's 15 weeks to Easter! My goal is to do 20 min on the treadmill 6 times a week. I have a nutrition goal as well. If we don't lose it now, what will our future be?

    Those are excellent realistic goals! People tend to focus on diet, but I have found that MOVING is the ticket to success! I've lost 50 lbs over 2.5 years. That is excruciatingly slow, but every ounce that goes stays gone. You are going to feel fantastic come Easter morning! Good luck!

    Going to be my year too !! At 45 years of age and 50% over the middle of a healthy weight range, I feel I really have to do this before it gets harder with age.

    I don't just want to loose the fat, I want to get fit and look good.

    Good luck, you have set yourself a realistic goal..........go get it :)

    Good for you!

    2016 was my year. After almost a decade and a half, I lost 50 lbs.

    This year I want to lose 20-30 more, but last year was really the year I finally got things together.

    ENJOY this process because you will see the scale going down down down and that will feel amazing!
