Just in case you weren't aware of this feature, when you go to the message boards section, there is a button called search and you can type in a keyword (ex: green coffee) and you can see the threads that have already been created on the topic. Good luck! :flowerforyou:

Just got a pack of these to try. It's supposed to help reduce body sugar levels by 1/3rd - which having type 2 diabetes hoping might help to reduce the levels a bit. Started on a course today will let you know how I get on over the month.

Not sure about the weight loss claims though.... Think just cutting back on food and doing plenty of exercise are the only things that will work... Not sure if I'll be able to track the impact with respect to this as I'm exercising and watching food intake anyway!
