About calorie consumption

Hi I'm new to this and it says I have to consume 2200 calories a day!.... do I have to ? It's just I'm not a big eater

What are your stats? What are you trying to achieve? if it's weight loss then you have already been consuming more than that so it shouldn't be a problem to hit that goal.1

This is not entirely correct, you need to consume the proper amount for your stats. It could easily be 2200 for your stats, my intake is 1800 to lose.0 -
I think the problem is trying to eat that many calories in a healthful way. My allowance is 1450 and I have a lot of trouble eating that much each day.
My advice would be just to seek out calorie dense foods. Nuts, quinoa, avocado, nut butters, olive oil, bananas, whole grain bread, corn, and hummus are some of the things that could up your calorie consumption.
