Entering food help

Hello
I eat a 6 inch sub once a week I want to ensure I enter it correctly in this app to ensure I meet my goals. If I pick a mr sub ham sub that is just the bread and the meat correct I have to input my toppings and sauces ? Can someone help me out?

    Does the website for the restaurant have any nutrition information that you could compare the MFP entry to? An MFP entry for a sub from a shop is most likely user-entered, and there's no way for the us to know what the person who created that entry included.

    It looks like there is information for both the subs and individual condiments on their website.

    It really depends on the shop. For instance, if you use one from Firehouse Subs, it will include the sub "as made" on the menu which would include the sauces. I believe for a sandwich from Subway, you have to calculate the sauces in addition to the sandwich. If you go the the restaurant's website they will usually tell you how they calculate.
