    Start by going the survey to determine what you want to lose and the amount of calories recommended daily for you
    to get there. Then start logging in EVERYTHING you eat. don't go over the target amount.
    That's pretty much the simple version.

    Remember, log in everything, don't stop logging in and have patience. Adding exercise is a bonus if you want to do it. You can gradually add
    physical activity and either take the extra burned calories as more you can eat or let those burned off calories go toward additional
    weight loss.

    Pretty easy, you consume less calories that you use and the weight will come off.
