Looking for some guidance

I lost weight before and then my grandpa died and I gained back all the weight. I decided that this app is going to help me but I still need help on how to enter food. For example every Wednesday I work two jobs so I eat a sub for super. When I pick the sub from the list of foods does that only count the bread and the meat and then I need to add all my toppings ? Please help a newbie who wants to look hot again!

    I woud list each ingredient on the sub separately to make sure everything is accounted for. MFP will store it in the database so you can easily find it again if you think you will eat the same thing every Wednesday.

    Another tip for that, if you get the exact same sub for dinner with the exact same toppings (and this works for anything similar), you can always make it into a recipe for yourself so it's literally just a one track item instead of having to track everything separately every time
