Hoping to find new friends to motivate each other.

I started around 3 weeks ago trying to make changes. I've stuck to it so far (okay, let's not talk about New Years.. so much cheese, so little time).
I have a group of friends that I am trying to work with to lose weight, but I am the only one actually really seemingly motivated. I'm having a hard time pushing myself forward.
