I have been telling myself to lose weight for the last year or so. I have around 50lbs to lose. I want to feel healthy, be healthy and feel good and confident in both my mind and body. Your support would be really appreciated. Looking at all the success stories there are some really motivated and strong willed people out there. I hope I can follow in their well deserved footsteps.

Same goal! I've just started out , the last 2 x I really applied self control and discipline I fell pregnant and gave up so here I am again hoping this is the year for change and on a good birth control! I have bout 30kg to lose to be at ideal weight2

I have about 50 pounds to lose as well. This is my second try. Back in 2013 I lost 40 pounds with Myfitnesspal and then throughout 2014 - 2016 I gained back 55 and ended up heavier than what I was to start. It is frustrating - not only losing weight but keeping it off. I started with Myfitnesspal again on January 1, 2017 (3 days ago) and hopefully I can lose it and keep it off this time.1

Same here. Im trying to lose 60 pounds starting off and sticking with the calorie counting. I find it easier when my meals are prepared while im out for work. But when im home just laying around i think about the food in the kitchen. Found myself thinking im hungry when im not0

I started this journey about the same time last year and so far have lost 160 lbs and have 103 left to go so I still have a ways to go but I am so much happier now than I was at this time last year. I will be making a post in a few days telling the whole story with photos on the anniversary of my coming onto MFP.0
