Carbohydrates

So I don't like oatmeal, or rice. I don't like eating potatoes all the time but what are some good carb sources...

Pretty much any "whole" plant food (i.e., not plant-derived oils or plant-derived isolated protein like powders or gluten) will be a decent source of carbs.
However, there's no real minimum carb requirement for health, so if you prefer foods with more protein and fats, and you're getting enough fiber and micronutrients (vitamins and mineral) and a reasonable number of veggies and/or fruit servings a day, I wouldn't worry overmuch about hitting some arbitrary carb macro setting. I suppose another reason to care would be that you don't have enough energy for your workouts/training, and you want to see if more carbs would fix that. If none of these apply, you probably don't need to worry about it.0
