I was chatting with my adult daughter earlier today (she lives in Australia) and she told me she was telling her work colleagues all about my weight loss journey etc. She showed them 2 pictures of me, one from 7 months ago and one recent one and they all agreed I look 10 years younger :happy: . I don't necessarily feel 10 years younger but it's nice to know complete strangers think this.
