Where to start!?

Okay, I will admit I am probably not the only one but I am lost.

I have tried all different things for weight loss and still I can't seem to get the hang of it.

The best I have ever done was when I ate normally but ate on a smaller plate and walked a lot but I have tried it again and I can't seem to do it. I don't have the support I need as my other half is slimmer than me and so is my sister. I live with them both and I struggle.

Any tips or ideas from the experienced? Pretty please? :)

Just looking for friendly advice.

    Are you tracking your calories? Barring any medical issues, a calorie deficit will make you lose weight 100% of the time.
