Consistency advice for me! Please!

Hi.... excited about feeling good again. Who's with me!! In the past Consistency has been a issue....any advice?

Consistency means ADHERING to a behavior. So if your clock goes off at 6am, you get up. Procrastinating to isn't being consistent. The same with eating. Measure and eat what you're supposed to to encourage weight loss. Any deriving from it will lead to INCONSISTENT results. Basically you try to be systematic about it.
