I'll be 50 in May and want to feel better by my birthday. By feeling better, I mean not only losing weight, but exercising regularly, curbing my drinking, and completely weaning myself from an antidepressant I started taking two years ago due to a family crisis. In my 30's, I started Jazzercise & WW, and lost 40 lbs. I felt GREAT! Then, knee surgery & weight gain. I'd LOVE to feel that good again, and because I've done it once, I know I can do it again …… with lots of support! I'd appreciate yours! And I'll give you mine.

    50 in February! Leg pain has derailed me and i gained back all I lost, but going to move forward, see my doctor next week and just push through and reach my first goal. This year I am just going to go for it and do it. No more saying this every year. This year is it! We can do this!
