A confusing battle

Hi! I'm new to this but I'm not new to fitness, health, and losing weight. I've battled an eating disorder throughout my life but I've been in recovery for about 3 years. I was wondering how other people in recovery manage to keep their fitness while not falling into old ways? I've found myself wanting to pick up old habits and it's been worrying. Any advice? Thank you in advance! (:

    Gotta change your heart beliefs about yourself, and heal your heart stuff to get free from issues.
    Ive had some eating disorder friends circle back thru their issues, and heart healing was a big key. :)
