Short 5'0", Trying to lose body fat and eat healthy

hello MFP'ers - I would like to benefit from experienced fitness minded females who understand the struggles of the vertically challenged i.e. how small the margin for error in my diet is before it is noticeable on my body.
I was and plan to begin going to my HIIT bootcamp style HIIT classes again ( I fell off the wagon for 2.5 months and quickly lost mojo- ate lots of food and sabotaged myself) so I'm going to go tomorrow and I'm meal prepping. But I need to peek at some good food logging to help me with my healthy nutrient rich food prepping.
Any wise strong yet short women want to help me out, by adding me and sharing their valuable food diary : ) ?
Ultimately would like to see how my body looks and feels with a body fat percentage of under 21%.
