Hello to all,

I've been wanting to start exercising and tracking food but always get off track by day 2. I need some great motivators and need to discipline myself. I keep steady gaining and I'm always tired and moody. I want to get in shape and get my mind and body healthy.

    Take it one step at a time. Start by logging food for a few weeks. You will see a pattern and make tweaks along the way. Once you got that down, then think about exercise. Do something you enjoy, whether it's walking, swimming, dancing, etc. Maybe a challenge would help motivate you. Life is too short to do exercises you hate. I love strength training and hiking, but you'll never see me do a burpee :p
