Fitness planners

Has anyone seen this new craze of the fitness planners?? If so .. do you think it's something that would improve your healthy eating habits and fitness routine? I am on the fence on them.

    Do you mean paper (notebook type) or digital (phone apps or computer)?
    I went looking for a journal type and I couldn't find anything decent.

    Either way I know they help me. I love keeping track of everything regarding fitness and diet. I find when I stop logging, I start slipping.

    It's a paper journal called create 365.. it can be sold in a kit with stickers.

    I'm not even sure where to begin. I'm a type 1 diabetic, obese, and have many health issues. The New Year has begun and I need to kick this new healthy me idea into high gear. I'm so depressed these days because of several things going on but I believe that beginning a new me will pick my spirit up with a little (ok maybe a lot) of help from some new friends. I filled out my fitness profile and now I need to know more what to eat and where to go for information. Can anyone help me, please!

    This website is full of information, most of it is at the top of the forum in the stickies.

    I been having a hard time too.. I am so bored with food except for the bad things.. try finding new recipes.. I have a cookbook called eat great lose weight.. it has some good meals in there.
