Hello,
I like using Leslie Sansone's Walk Away the Pounds DVDs, but I don't see them in the exercise database. Does anyone know how many calories might be used with the 1 Mile Walk?

I would just use the data base and enter "walking". How long is the work out? 10 or twenty minutes? If that's the case I would use the walking at 3 mph then enter the amour of time you did it.0

I agree and think we should use the 3mph as it is a little more intense than just a stroll.
add me if you would like!

I used to log them as low impact aerobics and that measured up with my HRM's estimate. But, of course, the most accurate measurement would be to get a heart rate monitor of your own. Without that you're always just guessing.0
