I started losing over the summer, went back to school and gained 20lbs.. I am very discouraged and need to find some motivation to be healthier.

I know how you feel. I lost 25 pounds from may-november and even ran a 5k in the middle of November. Since then Ive fallen off the wagon and gained back 8 pounds. I have been telling myself come new years I would get things together, since then its been tomorrow, tomorrow. Its not easy.0

It sucks when you gain weight!! What has motivated you before? I find sometimes that choosing just one thing to change helps me - like having a healthy breakfast or always having a meal plan. That small success gives me motivation to make further changes.0
