Struggling to get back on wagon after Xmas break

Hot tea when you feel hungry and just the mental realization / preparedness that for the next few days you are going to feel hungry and you will have to push past it.0

Good start to today
Im feeling positive. Im feeling ready. I have my day all planned out. I'm cooking the kids a meal I don't like so I won't be tempted to pick at their leftovers. I have spent the morning clearing the cupboards and have put all my husbands treats in a box on a high shelf.
Also doing a food shop tonight and am going to plan a whole week in advance so I don't get caught short.
I realised I don't have to do this to myself. I don't have to aim for a super skinny weight. I don't have to make this harder then it needs to be. I have readjusted my expectations.
New goals:
Goal 1: reach 11 stone. I've been 11.2-11.5 over Xmas. Let's get to a nice round number.
Goal 2: Get in the 10s. I hate the number 11. 10 stone something is so much nicer.
Goal 3: reach 10.6...my healthy bmi! Finally into the normal range...this would be awesome.
Goal 4: Slowly move away from 10.6 and towards a number that is safely into the normal range. I'm thinking more like 10st. We will see.
Here's to a new year that is about being healthy and realistic...not punishing myself with unattainable goals and not beating myself up if I have a bad week.

I had family visiting for most of the holidays so my diet sucked. For this week alone, I went over my calories 4 out of 7 days. Ugh. But this morning I'm driving the last visitor (my mom) to the airport and I can finally bring some sanity and routine back in my life. I think holidays should only happen once every two years...0

Make up your mind that from today on you will stick to your calorie allowance, be determined, keep focused. It does take a few days to get back into the swing of eating less.0

Do some sort of exercise. Nothing makes you watch what you eat more than spending 10 minutes on a stairclimber and seeing you only burned 100 calories.2

I put all the bad food in the trash. My wife freaked out a bit but she got over it... lol
Clean eating rules...
