Hi everyone! I'm Ev, and I'm 20 years old. I'm from a small town in Ohio (bleh...), and I'm just starting my like, ten-millionth attempt to get healthy.
All the other times I had the mindset of "I want to be skinny!" But now I'm going into it with, "I want to be healthy!" Because like, I finally admitted to myself that I am FAR from healthy. I am SUPER unhealthy. I can barely walk around the store without getting out of breath, so I NEED to get healthy for my sake.
