Converting mcg to % daily value?

Hey, I'm attempting to create categories for vitamins and supplements that I take, however MFP wants vitamins in percentages and the labels give me mcg. Is there a way to convert these values to fit MFP?

The only vitamins and minerals that MFP currently has % daily value fields for are vitamin A, vitamin C, calcium, and iron. In the U.S., current labels probably reflect the following, although some manufacturers may be using new values under rules that take effect in 2018:

    Vitamin A, 100% = 5000 IU, which I'm pretty sure is 1500 mcg retinol
    Vitamin C, 100% = 60 mg, or 60,000 mcg
    Calcium, 100% = 1000 mg, or 1,000,000 mcg
    Iron, 100% = 18 mg, or 18,000 mcg

As I read them (I can't find any info on this in the consumer-friendly summaries on the FDA website, and had to consult the actual order), the new rules reset the 100% value for vitamin C to 90 mg, or 90,000 mcg, and calcium goes up to 1300 mg, or 1,300,000 mcg. The new rules also will require the absolute amounts (milligrams) to be listed along with the % values.

Under the new rules, the FDA is eliminating vitamins A and C from labeling requirements (although manufacturers can include them voluntarily) and adding vitamin D and potassium, with a compliance deadline of July 2018 for larger manufacturers and July 2019 for smaller manufacturers.
