January Fitness Challenge

Off to a decent start day 8 now of eating right: 1) high lean protein, 2) veggies & fruit, 3) complex carbs in that order. Lowest is complex carbs 1/4 of calories daily (all carbs not good carbs) make sure they are whole grains etc.).
Running 3 days a week, just added Fit Body Boot Camp in alternate days and I love It's getting easier now that I'm on Day 8 - less food cravings and much less sore - beginning to feel more energetic. Gotta keep it up! Cheers!
