Do you bash cardio and/or think it is totally irrelevant?

    I am pretty sure cardio bashes me as does weight lifting, as does other functional workouts.

    I hate cardio.

    I avoid it whenever possible.

    I don't know when running became a "thing." I'm not one of those "it's all about the journey" people. If I'm going nowhere, I'd like to go there slowly.

    I love lifting weights. Love love love. But I don't begrudge those who love cardio. Run, Forrest, Run!

    I don't enjoy cardio, but I think it is incredibly important to overall health.

    I do 95 percent cardio, mountain biking and cycling, average HR 145 for training, 168 when racing. It relieves stress, clears my mind, and allows me to eat anything I want.
