I really want to purchase this......however I am afraid that the heart monitor strap won't fit around me. Can anyone let me know that the measurement of the strap is? I am plus plus size so I need to know this before I make the purchase. Thanks anyone and everyone for you response!!

    The design is such that you can extend or reduce the strap to the length you need. I extended mine all the way to the end for you and measured about 38 inches. The manufacturers do want you to stretch it about 6-8" to get good contact to your heartbeat, so there's that to consider. Finally, I have owned my HRM a couple months so a little bit of pre-stretching to my elastic may be something you need to take into account when you consider the measurement.

    I bought one a few weeks ago I am 230 and a size 18 but going to a 16. Anyway we're mine sits I am about 42 inches, and there is room left to go out further plus it stretches. I love mine.
