    I try to be 20ish but the 40 year old dude looking back at me in the mirror ruins it.

    Yes! I turned 40 in November and I actually feel better now than I did in my 20's and my body looks way better as well. Don't mean to brag here, but I still get carded occasionally too!

    It's amazing what a good diet, regular exercise, good sleep and a healthy lifestyle can do. It really can slow down the aging process.
