how to post gifs and pics?

I'm kinda lost at how to post GIFs and pictures.. Help?

I copy the web address of the picture or gif and add " " before the pic and "

" after it. To see how it's done, find one and hit quote and you'll see it.

ETA - IMG should be in lower case but I had to make it upper case so you can read it. and there will be no quote marks when you type it.

But the 'img' needs to be lower case and no spaces

No you're using a bad link... Right click on the image and copy the image url ... also found under properties when you right click...
