Hiii
I was wondering what you guys think are the best workouts or types to burn fat as you build muscle? I really want to lose 10% body fat by may. That's be 4.3 lbs of FAT

That's a really ambitious goal (lose 10% body fat in 4 months).
To build muscle, lift weights & have your protein intake toward the higher end of the healthy range.
To burn fat, cardio, especially if you can manage high-intensity interval training (HIIT), and eat slightly under your maintenance calorie goal.

What I really had to learn was you can't out work a bad diet. That's huge. But after every weight training session I do 30/30 HIIT and that's really helped with my weight loss.1

You can easily do that & more!
1- know your daily BMR, Caloric goal & STAY UNDER that limit.
2- Eat 25% of calories from Carbs, 35% from Proteins & 40% from Healthy Fats.
3- Exercise a minimum of 5 days a week for at least 40 minutes. You must do Intense Weight Training, & HIIT twice weekly for 20min.
4- Optional : use Intermittent Fasting to help with Diet. Which means, don't have your first meal until lunch, 11:00am or after & don't eat past 7pm1
