Benching my own body weight, Gaining 10 lbs, I'll have to see where I'm at in a couple of weeks to give you a better idea. I'm the rookie of this.

    That's a good goal. I used to have that. I was 128 pounds and benching 145. Then I'm 140 and benching 160. Its all about eating good calories and putting your rep range at around 4-6. Good luck.
