Helpp 10 days ago I binged twice in a row and ive been on a deficit for the past ten days but ive binged twice in a row again about 3000 calories each. Am I going to gain real fat or just water weight?

Don't freak out about two bad days. It might slow things down but it's not going to ruin you or anything. I like to go into my nutritional information and look at a week at a time and check the average calories for the whole week. It's probably still an overall deficit for your week , or maybe just at your TDEE. Gaining weight requires you to eat a full 3500 calories OVER your TDEE to gain even a pound. I'm not sure what your stats are, but my TDEE is somewhere around 2100 calories. So even if I ate 3000 calories one day , its only 900 extra. If I was eating a deficit the other days, it would still be a loss for the week. Either way, take a breath, start again tomorrow. If something triggered your binge, try to identify what it is so you can balance yourself next time.0
